Open gym is a non-instructional time for anyone to practice whatever they would like, to be creative, and have a lot of fun. Coaches and Hosts are present for spotting and safety, giving helpful hints, and inspiring and motivating individuals.
**You do NOT need to make a reservation in advance, you can just WALK-IN**
Monday - Thursday: 4pm - 7pm
Friday: 4pm - 8pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 7pm

Access to main gym is 5+ years old. We now have a Little Ninja area for kids 1-4 years old!! (Please see picture below)
