Climbing and Grip Class
What will a Ninja Nation Climbing and Grip class look like?
All of Ninja Nation's classes are designed to bring out a ninja's full potential. They're for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.
Climbing and Grip class focuses on grip and upper body intensive obstacles, and how to move with efficiency and confidence, using momentum and strength to get through upper body gauntlets.
Class starts with a warmup, with stretches and exercises to get the body ready for action.
Next, the ninjas will work on three or four climbing, upper body, or grip skills.
After the skills comes upper body conditioning to build the strength needed to level up your upper body skills, and then kids classes will move to a game using the skills they worked on in the class. Class will end with a cool down and stretching session.
