Yes. Our gym is 5 years old and up.  We do have a Mini Heroes class that is for 3-5 year olds that you can see here.

All particpants and spectators going on the floor NEED to be wearing clean tennis, running, or athletic shoes.  We are a SHOES ON facility.  No crocs, slip-on, sandals, heels, or boots will be allowed.

For open-gym, you do not need to sign up in advance, you can walk in and get taken care of. Be sure to fill our the waiver BEFORE coming though.

For classes, we would prefer you sign up in advance on the MindBody website AFTER you sign the waiver.  

Your child must be 10 years old or older to be dropped off for open-gym. If they are under 10 years old, you must stay in the building while they are going open-gym. 

For classes, you can drop your kids off, no matter their age.

Yes. We have snacks, such as, chips, nutrigrain bars, and rice krispy treats. We also have drinks like Gatorade and water. 

Yes, feel free to bring food and drinks (no alcohol) into Ninja Nation, just please be sure to keep them off the floor.
