Get Ready for the Warped Wall
Technique and Safety for one of our most fun obstacles!

The Warped Wall is one of Ninja Nation's most popular obstacles, and for good reason. It's a lot of fun, and with our different wall heights, it can be the right challenge whatever your level! Everyone will want to jump on the warped wall their first time in our gym. Before you do, there are a few things to keep in mind.
The first thing is safety. You'll want to know how to come down the warped wall before you run up! For the safest dismount, we recommend the pushup slide. For this technique, stay facing the wall with both feet and both hands touching the wall in front of you, and slide down until you come to a complete stop. Your shoes might squeak, but you won't take a wrong step or trip trying to turn around. Instead, you'll slide all the way down in a pushup position. That's why its called the push-up slide!
