Kid Fit
Ninja Developmental Program
The perfect one day a week after school physical activity for your child that will improve their Ninja skills throughout the program. If you have an energized and athletic kid, this program will teach them the fundamentals of the sport of Ninja.
While learning these Ninja skills, they will get stronger, faster, and have more body movement control that will help them in any other sport they want to participate in. All of our classes are professionally coached (by the SAME coach the whole program) and are a great mixture of movement modalities.
Our Spring Session is Currently Active and Not Accepting New Students. The Spring Session will end the week of June 2nd. Please see our Summer Session New Students.
Summer Session
8-Week Program
- Week of June 16th - August 11th
Monday:
- Junior/PreTeen LEVEL 2 (5-12): 6:00 - 7:00pm (Please see below on how to sign up for Level 2)
Tuesday:
- Junior/PreTeen (5-12): 4:00 - 5:00pm
- Junior (5-7): 5:00 - 6:00pm
Wednesday:
- PreTeen (8-12): 5:00 - 6:00pm
Thursday:
- Junior (5-7): 4:00 - 5:00pm
- Junior/PreTeen LEVEL 2 (5-12): 5:00 - 6:00pm (Please see below on how to sign up for Level 2)
$175 per person
- **Add on Unlimited Open-Gym for $50** ($250 Value!!)
- (Unlimited Open-Gym throughout your 8-week Kid Fit session WITH ADD-ON)

- They will be with the same coach and same classmates throughout the entire program

- You will be able to see the progression each week of the program and speak with the coach
- Gain the necessary body movement skills and strength to be successful in all other sports and in life

- If you miss a week, you may NOT take another class that week
- You are only able to come to the class you sign up for, no make-ups, transfers, or credits available
- We DO NOT offer refunds if you cancel within 7 days of the start of the Kid Fit Program
How to Sign Up for Level 2?
- Take Kid Fit (Level 1)
- Talk to your Ninja Coach about your child's interest in Level 2 (email nn0301@ninjanation.com)
- Your child must pass a "test" of Ninja skills in order to gain a coach recommendation (that test can be accessed in the gym)
- If approved, we will register you manually

Parkour Program
The Parkour Program starts with the fundamentals of Parkour, mainly learning how to move across space as fast and safely as possible. Kids will learn how to get through obstacles efficiently by moving, running, jumping and climbing from one point to another. They will also learn how to do special flips, and fun moves throughout the gym as well!
